When the Ice Clash Ch. 16

Disclaimer: I do not any characters in Fairy Tail. I just own the plot in this fanfic. ^o^

Juvia paused her walk once again and just stayed in silence. “After all these year, I’m just a guildmate to you now?” Juvia just stood there with a pair of cold eyes looking straight ahead at nothing in particular. “I’m no one special to you now? Just a guildmate?” Juvia still didn’t response and just started walking away toward the door in silence, leaving the helpless mage behind in his despair.

Gray’s P.O.V:

Is this how she felt before? Juvia, is this how you felt before? Cold, empty…lonely? I stood there petrified, looking toward the door. The door that Juvia walked out. The door that led her out of my life. What have I done? Is it really too late? Is the wound in her heart really too deep to heal? The thought of her wound made me flinched; her once gloomy self was long gone after she came into Fairy Tail. That gloom, that rain came back to haunt her once again, and I’ve caused it. Every time I found love, they always leave me behind. No, actually I chased them out. My family, Ur, and now Juvia. I defied Ur and killed her. I’ve hurt Juvia all along and eventually, it chased her out of my life. I’m sorry, Juvia. I didn’t want to turn your life back to the dark, and yet, I still did it, didn’t I? Gomene. I want you to be happy now, even if it means I will have to let you go.

When the Ice Clash Ch.15

Disclaimer: My name is not Hiro Mashima, therefore I do not own Fairy Tail. Though I wish I have the power to control the story, I only own this fanfiction.

“No,” Juvia calmly told him while taking his arms away from her. “Gray-san doesn’t know himself. He’s lying to Juvia, lying to himself.” She turned around so that she could face Gray again, and place her right hand over where her heart is. “There’s a hole right here, and even Gray-san cannot fill that hole in her heart now.”

A few days passed by, but no new improvements between the two mages. Juvia, as indifferent as she could be, still did not believe a word Gray said. Every day, Gray would tell her that he loves her. Every day, Juvia would ignore that statement.  As the days dragged on with Gray’s constant confrontations, her emptiness grew more and more. It seemed like her despair slowly turned into anger and hatred. The more Gray bugs her, the angrier she becomes.

—> Spoiler Alert<— If you haven’t read Fairy Tail ch. 334 yet, you should read it first because this post contains a lot of spoiler.

Okay, just this morning, I was all excited because tonight is Fairy Tail manga new chapter release. Just an hour ago, I was thrilled to read the new chapter. I was happy, I actually grinned like an idiot when Gray pushed Juvia and Meredy away from the shot because it showed that he cares about her.

When the Ice Clash Ch. 10

Disclaimer: All Fairy Tail and its characters belong to Hiro Mashima. I only own this fanfic right here..

Previously: With tears in her sorrowful eyes, Juvia looked at Gray-sama. “From this day onward, Juvia does not love Gray-san anymore. You can rest assure that she will never bother you in any possible ways again.”

Juvia ran and ran until her legs can’t move anymore. The pain and soreness in her legs are nothing compared to the excruciating pain in her heart. Gray-sama doesn’t love Juvia. He is playing with her because of his rivalry with Lyon-sama. Right? If he does like her, he would have told her long time ago, not only after Lyon-sama came. Gray-sama just wants to win against Lyon-sama. He doesn’t like her. *sob sob* Yeah, he doesn’t. Stop dreaming and stop getting your hope up, Juvia. *sob* When will Juvia ever learn? Gray-sama never liked Juvia. And never will he. He’s using Juvia to win against his rivalry against Lyon-sama. Why Juvia? Hasn’t Juvia already suffer enough? Is she some kind of toys? When he doesn’t need her, he’d just toss her aside. When he needs her, he’d use her. *dry chuckle* Gray-sama only sees her when he needs her. In this case, when he wants to win. Juvia guesses she’s that worthless after all. One minute, he said he doesn’t care, and the next, he started kissing her. *sob* Yeah, a kiss that wasn’t really meant for her. A kiss with no feelings.

Gray came back to the guild dumbfounded and confused, both from the pain on his cheek where Juvia had slapped him and his rash actions. Sitting at the counter, he was still dazed from what happened. As soon as he came back into reality, frustration took over. “Arghhh!! What have I done!?!? I’ve hurt her with my words. I made her cried.” He put his head on the counter and shook it left and right. “What have I done?” he mumbled.

“Are you okay, Gray?” Mira came from behind the counter and sat on the chair next to Gray. “Did something happen?”

“Nothing…” Gray mumbled with his head still on top of the counter. “I don’t know what came over me.”

“Eh?” Mira tilted her head with a confused look.

“It’s Juvia. We kindda.. ummm.. fought.” Gray wasn’t sure how put what happened into words.

“Juvia did what!?!? She fought with you? YOU!?” Erza, who just came to sit on his other side, sounded so shocked.  Gray couldn’t reply as he doesn’t want to admit that Juvia would actually fight with him. If anything ever happens, everyone knows Gray would be the last person that Juvia would argue with.

“Good afternoon, Erza,” Mira greeted Erza as she sat down. Erza just nodded her head and returned the greeting.

“Ummm, it was kindda my fault. Nah, cross that out.” He shaked his head. “It was totally my fault.”

“Soooo…. what exactly happened?” Erza asked.

“I guess I was mad and said unnecessary stuff.”

“You were mad? How come?”

“Lyon came over…”

“So, it was Lyon?” smirked Mira. “Is it me or there is jealousy in the air?”

Jealousy? Me, jealous of Lyon? Over Juvia? It took me a few seconds to absorb what Mira just said. Jealous? Usually when a guy is jealous over a girl, it means that he likes her, right? Wait, wait. I like Juvia?

“Hold on, Mira,” I told Mira who was already half-way in her fantasy land. “I don’t think I like Juvia that way.”

“You ‘don’t think’? Does this mean there is a possibility?”

“I really don’t know.” I said as I grab my head and shake it left and right. “I do have a good feeling about her. She’s strong, caring, and pretty. Really beautiful, in fact.”  A smile creep up Mira’s face as I said this. “Then Lyon came and changed everything. It gives me frustration and this strange feeling. Like I’m being protective of her, but not really. Every time I see them together, I wanted to smash his face into pieces because it’s irritating.”

“Gray, I thought I’ve already told to be more resolute with her. Don’t make her wait like this forever,” Erza said in a serious tone.

“Gray, it is jealousy. Admit it, you were jealous.” Mira butted in in a mischievous smirk.

“Even if I do love her, it’s too late now. She’s moving on now. She said so herself. I’ve probably hurt her too much, and she’s tired of it. I knew about her feelings, but I kept her waiting and waiting. I just made her cried.” Juvia’s crying face flashed into my head. Her cry made me lost all my thoughts and I started to panic inside. “Then I did something really stupid, too.”

“Ehh?? What else did you do?”

“I k-k-kiss her,” I stuttered while mumbling the words. Before I knew it, my lips were already on hers.

“YOU DID WHAT!?!?!?” Erza shouted, making the whole guild turning toward us.

“Erza! Can you calm down?”

“You KISSED her, and you still say you don’t know whether or not you love her?” She asked in disbelief. Dark aura surrounded her, her eyes turned red from anger as if she would literally kill me if I say something wrong.

“I don’t know what came over me. One minute we were arguing and raising our voices at each other, but then she starting crying while still raising her voice at me. I forgot my anger, and all I knew was I didn’t mean to make her cry. Her tears stole all my voice, and I suddenly had the urge to kiss her senselessly. Then my head took over, and I actually kissed her.” Why am I telling Erza this anyways? The fact that I kissed her feels weird, but to be honest, I kind of liked it. I couldn’t stop. She tried to push me, but I wouldn’t let her.

“Gray Fullbuster, why can’t you realize that you also love Juvia?” Erza swing her head right and left while massaging her temple.

My Little Snowflake

Pairing: Gray and Juvia

Disclaimer: I wish I own Fairy Tail, but unfortunately I don’t. T-T So, we have to deal with more trolls of this pair and hope that Mashima-sensei would do something about this soon.

Author Note: Aye, so this is my short one-shot continuing from my The Fallen Rain. Enjoy~~~>.<

The evening breeze was blowing softly, swaying the tall grass back and forth as the young couple was lying down along the river bank. Juvia had her head resting on one of Gray’s arm, while burying her face into his firm chest. Using his free hand to stroke her strands of hair, Gray was very much content with Juvia’s happy expression as she drifted off to sleep. “Gray-sama….” mumbled Juvia as she unconsciously shifted closer toward Gray’s warmth.
While Juvia was peacefully falling asleep in his arm, Gray had some flashbacks on how he got to where he is now. How can I almost lose this woman beside me? She was always, always beside me, and yet I’ve almost missed my chance. As for right now, he loves this woman to the very core of his bones, and there will be no way that he’d let her slip by again. Lifting his head a bit up, Gray moved closer to Juvia’s face to give her a peck on her forehead. “I love you, Juvia.”

“Eh, Gray-sama?” Juvia rubbed her eyes as she looked up to Gray’s face. “How long has Juvia been asleep?”

“Sorry, did I wake you up?” Asked Gray while he pulled Juvia into a tighter embrace.

“No, no, not at all…. Juvia doesn’t want to waste her time with Gray-sama sleeping like this.” Once again, Juvia gave him the widest, sweetest smile she had. The kind of smile she has always worn every time she’s with Gray. The kind of smile that only Gray could give her.

Gray was stunned for a while before a tint of blush appeared on his cheeks. Even after years of being together, he still couldn’t get used to how cute Juvia could be yet. “Ne, Juvia, why do you still call me “Gray-sama” after all these years?”

“Ummm, ano… because Gray-sama is really important to Juvia, and she is really grateful that you have chosen her.” Juvia’s smile softened. “She knows she isn’t the best girl out there and….”

“Juvia, look, YOU have chosen ME, and I’m lucky to be loved by you. Since the beginning, you’ve chosen me, and I was the ungrateful jerk who didn’t see what I’ve already had.”

“Gray-sama, Juvia is very happy now….” Juvia was on the edge of tears as she looked into Gray’s eyes. “She is really happy now.”

“We are both happy, then.” Gray placed his hand on Juvia’s chin to lift it higher, while he himself leaned down toward her. Their face got closer and closer until they were only a few centimeters apart.

“Oi!! Don’t be pervy in front of my daughter!!” Natsu shouted from the distance while his arm was around Lucy’s shoulder as they were walking toward Gray and Juvia. In front of them, there were two girls about the age of 4, one with a straight pink hair, and the other with a wavy navy blue hair.

“Mama! Papa!!” shouted the little girl with the wavy navy blue hair as she ran toward Juvia. “Mama, Uncle Natsu took Nashi and Yuki to an ice cream shop!!” The girl had the same glittering eyes as Juvia when she talked.

“Yuki! Did you fun with Nashi and Uncle Natsu and Aunty Lucy?” Juvia asked her 4-year-old daughter.

“It was so fun!! Uncle Natsu was so happy; he almost burnt down the whole shop!”

“Oi, oi, Flamebrain, what did you teach Yuki?” Gray suddenly rushed toward Natsu in his “daddy mode”.

“Better than you who strips half naked every day in front of my Nashi.” Natsu gave his counter attack. “I don’t want my daughter to catch this habit from you…” scowled Natsu.

“Whatcha say?? Huh!?!?” This time, Gray was once again head to head with Natsu.

“Yeah, come on. You wanna go?” Natsu also didn’t back down.

“Natsu!!” Lucy went in and dragged Natsu by his ear. “Don’t forget that Nashi and Yuki are still here. What do you think you’re doing?”

“Aye~~ I’ll stop now..” Natsu’s “Happy Mode” activated.

“Juvia, Gray, sorry about that. We’re just dropping Yuki for you.” Lucy turned her attention to Gray and Juvia. “Or were we interrupting something? Hehehe”

“L-Lucy-san!!” Juvia’s face was once more tomato red. “N-Nande-monai!! W-We weren’t doing anything!!” Juvia shook her head in protest.

“Hahaha, then why are you stuttering?” smirked Lucy.

“Oi, Lucy, stop teasing her.” Gray butted in.

“Hai, hai! I’ll stop now, Prince Charming.” Lucy laughed. “Okay, we should get  going now. See you guys at the guild later. Ja ne!”

“Mama? What were you and Papa doing a while ago?” Yuki asked Juvia with her ever so innocent face.

“H-Huh!?!? It was nothing.” Juvia blushed at her daughter’s question.

“Papa was about to give Mama a kiss because she was being so cute…”

“Gray-sama,” pouted Juvia as she covered her face with her hands. “What are you telling Yuki?”

“Yuki, you will understand it one day.” Gray bent down his knee to reach Yuki and told her.

“Yes, Papa.” Yuki smiled and cheerfully started running along the river bank.

Juvia and Gray were watching their daughter as she happily ran around, and soon after, they joined her in her tag game.

“Yuki has fallen asleep, ne?” asked Juvia while they were walking back to the guild.

“Yeah, seems like it,” said Gray as he took a glance backward to look at the little sleeping girl on his back. “Ne, Juvia?”

“Hrmmm?” Juvia responded while she had her arm around Gray’s arm.

“Thank you…”

“Eh?? Why is Gray-sama thanking Juvia?” Now she was really confused.

“For this. For giving me a real family.”

“Juvia didn’t have a family before either. But then Fairy Tail accepted her, and now, she has Gray-sama and Yuki,” said Juvia casually while leaning her head on Gray’s shoulder.

“Hrmm?” As Juvia looked back up to see Gray, he stole a peck and kissed her lips quickly.

“There is no ice without water,” said Gray as he smiled at her brightly. “And Yuki is our little snowflake.”

They happy couple walked silently along the river bank with Yuki sleeping on Gray’s back. Each of them had a content smile on the edge of their lips.

A/N: So, Yuki, ne?? I’ve thinking about this for a while now. If Gray and Juvia were to have a daughter, their daughter would be named Yuki, which means snow in Japanese, since their unison raid power is snow. >.< I wanted to give Juvia the family that she had always wanted, so here I am writing fanfic again…lolz And yeah, about my title “My Little Snowflake”, yup, that’s all I could come up with. Snowflake is snow, which obviously is Yuki, and beside snowflakes are half-way in between ice and water, a mixture of Gray and Juvia.. ^o^
